Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra (or Yoga Sleep) is a deeply restorative practice that works with the autonomic nervous system guiding practitioners into a deep state of relaxation.

Similar to meditation, yoga nidra is a guided practice, but it is very structured to make it possible for practitioners to reach a deep state of dreamless sleep; the deepest, most healing state of the sleep cycle while maintaining a slight trace of awareness.

The benefits of yoga nidra include reduced feelings of stress, anxiety and depression, enhanced cognitive function, better sleep and improved overall well being.

All you need is a computer, tablet or phone with Zoom installed and a quiet, comfortable place to lay down with some pillows and a blanket.
