Yoga Nidra, often called "yogic sleep" is a deeply restoratie guided meditation practiced while lying comfortably and supported. Through gentle guidance, the body is invited into profound relaxation while the mind remains quietly aware.
In this state between waking and sleep, the nervous system can shift out of stress and into deep restoration. Many people find that Yoga Nidra supports better sleep, reduced anxiety, physical relaxation, and a greater sense of calm and clarity.
No experience with meditation or yoga is necessar. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to be guided into a space of stillness, rest, and renewal.
