While all yoga is potentially therapeutic, yoga therapy is the specific application of yogic tools to address the physical, mental, and emotional needs of an individual. These tools may include self-myofacial massage, movement or exercises, breathing techniques, meditation or visualization practices or any combination of these. 


As a Certified Yoga Therapist I have in-depth training that enables me to assess and keep my clients safe. I will work with you to address your specific goals while considering any limitations you might be experiencing. 

Sessions can be online or in-person if you live in the Lewes, DE area.


Required for all new clients, this initial 1.5 hour assessment session will be used to review your health history, evaluate your needs, discuss your goals and create a plan for follow on sessions.

Yoga with Props


Yoga therapy ongoing sessions are one hour sessions scheduled weekly or bi-weekly where we will implement the plan established during the initial session. These sessions will include practices designed specifically for the individual based on his or her needs.
