What Class Are Great For Beginners?

We always say to start slowly and build up from there. A great first class we recommend to beginners is: Deep stretch and meditation, Restorative, Meditation, Core Strength and Endurance, and Moderate yoga for all-levels.

We offer slow-paced classes throughout the week and it is a great way to ease into your practice. This is a slow class that incorporates passive holds, gentle breathwork and a way to settle into our studio in a non-hurried way. Once you take this class, you might ask your instructor for suggestions on what class to take next based on your personal goals.

I Have An Injury Or Pre-existing Health Condition. Can I Still Join?

Please speak with your primary care practitioner and see if Yoga is safe for you. If approved, speak with your instructor prior to class so that they may accommodate any needs you may have. You can also book a private session. The teacher can help you learn to use supportive props such as yoga strap and yoga block in a way that allows you to practice safely as you heal.
