Living in the Nature World

What is it like to live in the Nature World?
The weather is super hot today. It is 30 degree. I watered my plants in the morning and after I chose to stay indoor, to do some administrative work. I get tired and sleepy because of the hot weather. And I could not go up to nap as it is hot in the bedroom. (We can only reinsulate and renovate the roof next year. The roof and the windows are in fact in a very bad condition. One part of the wooden roof was blown off by the wind in a storm before we even moved in. Grateful we have a place to lay our heads and a roof over our head.)   I sit at the coolest spot in the kitchen and begin crocheting. I monitor the plants, trees, creatures outside on and off. I ensure there is water for the birds even the wasps come to the water and float on it.

While I am crocheting, I hear the sudden rustling leaves of the trees. A cool breeze sweeps across the trees into a dance. The whole forest turns into a song with the rustling leaves, blowing in the wind. The song soothes my whole being as I listen and enjoy the trees' songs and watch the dance. Not far away, call the young buzzard of probably 2 months old in our forest. I smile when she calls, knowing she is still around. Like a mother, mama of the forest, knowing that she is well out there, calling in hunger for food for her buzzard mama or just making known she is right here.

Sometimes I take a break from crocheting and take a peek into the forest. I catch glimpse of the tits besides the shed, having a bath or a sip of water in the bowl, to quench their thirst in this hot weather or just sitting, resting.

The accompaniment of the songs, the calls, I sit alone, in silence, continuing crocheting, listening to my own thoughts, feelings and senses within, in my own quiet cooling space, gratitude arises - I am simply grateful to be here, to live in the forest with the Nature world.

I am Elizabeth, and also known as Angel Rose.  My Chinese name is
    黃 秀 珠.

Ever since I come home to my true self,  I dare to step out and dance in the heart and garden of love.

My desire to post here is to have courage to show up as who I am and in return to inspire each beautiful soul on earth to live life as who he/she is.  I am a seeker so I encourage you to be and continue to be a seeker.  Life is inevitable with ups and downs, challenges along our human journey.  However when we make time to insure the growth of our inner garden - our heart with  self-care, nourishment, growth, healing, play, creativity, silence and loving ourselves unconditionally, we can live life to the fullest with peace, bliss, contentment and gratitude, and  we can go forth to serve others in true joy and love.  I share here my journey with you as well as the ordinary moments I witness, experience and encounter in my daily life.  Let us journey together.  Let our journey begins.  let each of our unique soul's story unfolds like a rose opens her petals, revealing her heart.
