Live Life with Love

Picture
Pounding Peanut Shells in the early morning with only a lighted candle.
Every act of our life can be embodied into LOVE.
Where we are fully presence with God, self and that is all round us.
Even in our little action, the movement in itself can be a loving prayer.
I choose a semi-hermit life, moved and live in the countryside, living with the Wild.
I wake up each morning and move with the flow. I allow inspiration to lead me through the day.
Not that everyday is easy especially during the Winter period.
Yet I find myself able to manage each cold day easier and easier as I go through my process of loving my house.
(You can read my previous post of my process I am going through due to our house, breaking apart where the moist level is high and the CV heater is no longer efficient.)

I return to the old ways of doing things like using a mortar to pound my spices...
I am more mindful and conscious of how I live and what I want to leave behind.
I learn what is detachment from materials yet love them for serving me.

Why detach? Why Love?
Detachment means I can let it go any time.

Love means I treasure and keep the materials well so that it can serve the next person as it has served me. That the material has a longer life span and not become a waste and not pose more harm to the environment.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The early morning, I sat there to pound the peanut shells with the mortar with a lighted candle.
As I pound the peanut shells for my garden,
I enter into being fully presence with myself,
Listening to the love songs of birds in our Forest Garden,
Embodying love of my beloved God.
The silence surrounds the kitchen space,
Peace abides in my heart.
The pounding sounds of the mini wooden rolling pin,
hit the peanut shells, crashing into little bits,
Each movement, I lift up my hand, becomes a prayer.
I listen to myself within
Of all the challenges I overcame,
Gratitude for the life I now am living.
In Nature, In Silence, In Solitude.
Slowing down in my life more and more.
Embodying every action of my life in full presence with God, self and around me.
To always let love be my inspiration in every action that I walk and partake in my life.
    Shalom! Peace-FuLL! Bless-FuLL ! Love-FuLL To you!
    I am Elizabeth, and also known as Angel Rose.  My Chinese name is
    黃 秀 珠.
    Ever since I come home to my true self,  I dare to step out and dance in the heart and garden of love.
    My desire to post here is to have courage to show up as who I am and in return to inspire each beautiful soul on earth to live life as who he/she is.  I am a seeker so I encourage you to be and continue to be a seeker.  Life is inevitable with ups and downs, challenges along our human journey.  However when we make time to insure the growth of our inner garden - our heart with  self-care, nourishment, growth, healing, play, creativity, silence and loving ourselves unconditionally, we can live life to the fullest with peace, bliss, contentment and gratitude, and  we can go forth to serve others in true joy and love.  I share here my journey with you as well as the ordinary moments I witness, experience and encounter in my daily life.  Let us journey together.  Let our journey begins.  let each of our unique soul's story unfolds like a rose opens her petals, revealing her heart.
