7/1/2019 0 Comments In the 'Im-Perfection'...What is imperfection for you? What does imperfection mean for you? Sometimes the world strives so much to perfection, often than not, we miss the beauty in the or our imperfection. We are no doubt born whole, however, as we grow up, we become broken. Broken by traumas, human's hurts and wounds... If we are raised in an environment intolerable of imperfection, and focus on perfection, it is hard to see beauty in the imperfection. Whether it is a broken tree, bowl... or others even in our broken self. Jesus, who is moved by love and suffering, he sees beauty in the imperfection and brokenness, the goodness in the humanity, the Divine LOVE in us, whether it is in a tax collector, lepers, prostitutes, even the Pharisees... if you know the bible story well. But Jesus never says continue to commit in the 'way' you are in. He asked them to return to their true Divine nature, to come home and sin no more (I can't find a better word to illustrate it.) We, each one of us, has a choice in life. Truly, we have a choice whether to turn away from what is not serving us, loving to ourselves, or to put it simply, unhealthy way of life..., to come home whether to heal, to love self more compassionately... to the awakening conscious truth that can sometimes sting so painfully internally yet the gift of freedom and peace is what we receive and given at last. Ultimately, in life, the simple question is: What do we truly want in life? And do they serve us in the most loving way to self, others and the environment? *Taking action is not about reaching a goal or attaining something. Elizabeth, after walking in her own personal journey, she sees that healing, seeing within, turning inward... is a natural organic flow, neither impose, forced or fight in. Yet it is with ease and the grace comes from God. All she does is to open her heart to God within and ready to open the gateway to her soul to see. She had fought so hard for many years until she surrenders and let go into the flow and BE. That changes for her ever since then. She grows in maturity spiritually, psychologically, bodily and emotionally. If she has not walked her own journey, there is no way she can accompany others on theirs. She has also blog on 'The Beauty of a Broken Tree' if you have not read it. The lesson she learns and evolved in contemplation from the broken tree she loves contemplating and witnessing the lively movement of the birds in her Sanctuary Forest Garden.*
